8-22-23 The Benjamins!

We left a Little Current a couple days ago. We ended up in the Benjamin islands. Really really cool place the rocks flow down to the water and are sculpted by years of ice and water running over them. The pink granite we think gets exposed by the ice in the winter. If you look at the photos, the lichen on the rocks make it look gray, but near the water it’s pink. We think the i e scoured off the lichen. This has been one of our most scenic anchorages to date. We still have a problem with our port drive train. I think when they were beating the prop off, they loosen something up and I can’t seem to find what they Loosened. We’ve have to resolve this or we’re gonna have to cut the North channel short and head back to the US for some repairs. Overall this is an awesome stock in the North channel is absolutely amazing! Plus they named this place after my grandson Super Ben!
