After our Anchorage on the way to Montreal we landed at the St. Lawrence Yacht Club which is the Oldest Yacht Club in Canada. We stayed for 2 days. What a great place. As we were pulling into our slip, people came running to catch our lines and the staff came over with information for us. This marina had a wonderful restaurant, tennis courts, walking space for Mavis and more. Our first night there we scored the last reservation for dinner. Food was really good and the waitress was amazing. She took the time to give of local intel.
The following day was Canada Day! Our timing was good since it’s Canada’s 4th of July. We went into Old Montreal and has a great time. There are lots of pictures attached of the festivities. We visited the Basilica Notre-Dame it was very beautiful! Lucky found the elusive Waldo at the Marina! Just too much to list. This was a great stop. No problems with the language barrier.
On Sunday, morning July 2nd we headed towards Ottawa.
